刘立恒,男,中共党员,河北滦州人,博士(后),教授,硕士生导师。先后主持或参与国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项2项,国家自然科学基金4项,广西重点研发计划2项,广西科技计划项目1项;在《Bioresource Technology》、《Journal of Hazardous Materials》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《Journal of Environmental Management》、《Environmental Pollution》、《环境科学》等国内外期刊上发表学术论文50多篇;出版专著2部,参与编制地方标准3部;获广西科技进步二等奖2项。
